My certifications include Stott Mat and Reformer Training, NASM Personal Trainer, NCEP Personal Trainer, Schwinn Cycling M Power, Antigravity Fundamentals 1 and 2, and Antigravity Restorative. I specialize in injury prevention, injury recovery, and challenging athletic abilities for my clients.
What pushed me to learn about fitness, was when I physically could not push my body as hard as I used to without getting injured; which made me realize that the body needs balance. In order to maintain athleticism the body needs cardiovascular, flexibility and strength training to work in every range of motion. I strive to be an effective and observant trainer and teacher while always inspiring my clients. I am very energetic and passionate about helping you be the best version of yourself. I am able to work within a variety of levels of fitness by working within your body’s capabilities safely and to help assist in shaping the best version of you.
